Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Prawns small sized
  • 1 handful Coconut scrapped/grated
  • 2 nos Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 2 nos Onions chopped finely
  • 1 handful Coriander Leaves chopped finely
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Juice or lime juice
  • ½ tsp Haldi powder (turmeric)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the Prawns.
  • If the Prawns are medium-sized, mince them.
  • In a dish, combine the Prawns with salt, scrapped Coconut, chopped Green Chillies, onions, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Take a small portion of the mixture in your hand and shape it into a round ball, keeping in mind the desired size of the cutlet.
  • Gently press the ball with your palm, ensuring that the edges are intact. If the edges break, lightly tap the side of the cutlet to mend them.

Notes

  • You can adjust the quantity of Green Chillies according to your preferred level of spiciness.
  • The addition of Tamarind Juice or Lime Juice adds a tangy flavor to the cutlets.
  • Rice Flour helps in binding the ingredients together and gives a crisp texture to the cutlets.
  •  
Note: You can coat the cutlets with bread crumbs or thin Rawa and rice flour mix.
Make Cutlets out of this and shallow fry in hot oil.
Serve hot with yummy tomato ketchup
