  • Pan or Skillet You will need a pan or skillet to sauté the garlic, onions, tomatoes, and vegetables for the topping mixture.
  • Spatula or Spoon A spatula or spoon is necessary for stirring and mixing the ingredients while preparing the white sauce and topping mixture.
  • Whisk A whisk can be used to ensure smooth consistency while preparing the white sauce by gradually adding milk and stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Pizza Cutter Once the pizza is cooked and cooled, a pizza cutter is useful for cutting it into slices before serving.

Ingredients
  

For White Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 8-9 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • ½ cup Milk or as per requirement
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

For Topping Mixture:

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 nos Onions medium sized, chopped
  • 1 small bowl Mushrooms chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum small, chopped
  • 2 nos Tomatoes large, chopped
  • ½ small bowl Corn Kernels
  • Mozzarella Cheese as per requirement to put on final layer
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Pizza Sauce

The pizza base is easily available in the market

Instructions
 

You will need to make White Sauce, Topping Mixture and have a Pizza Base (can get in any supermarket)

  • Add the ingredients as per your choice for the number of quality your making.

White Sauce:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté for a minute over low heat.
  • Add all-purpose flour (maida) and mix well. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Season with salt and black pepper powder. Cook for a minute until the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.

Toppings Mixture:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and tomatoes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add chopped capsicum, corn kernels, and mushrooms. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  • Mix in pizza sauce, salt, and black pepper powder. Set aside to cool.
  • Pizza Final Preparation:
  • Preheat the oven as per the instructions on the pizza base packaging.
  • Spread the cooled white sauce evenly on the pizza base. Then, add pizza sauce and tomato ketchup, spreading it across the entire base.
  • Top it with the prepared topping mixture. Add plenty of mozzarella cheese, and if desired, sliced olives.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven or on a stovetop with a lid until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden.
  • Once done, allow the pizza to cool. Cut into slices using a pizza cutter and serve.
