Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms Maida
  • 120 gms Sugar
  • 140 gms Ghee
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 tsp Curd optional
  • 25 nos Badam
  • 3 gms Baking Powder

Instructions
 

  • Sieve the Maida and Baking powder.
  • Mix sugar and ghee till it becomes fluffy to this add maida and badam powder and make a dough.
  • Rest the dough for 1 hour in the fridge, after which take the dough the fridge and bring to room temperature. Mix Badam pieces to it
  • Roll the dough on a plastic sheet and cut it into a rectangular shape.
  • Grease the tray with butter and arrange the biscuits on it and bake.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 C for 10 mins
  • Bake the biscuits at 180 C for 15-20 mins till it becomes a golden colour.
