Ingredients
- 5 nos Crab cleaned
- 1 no Onions medium, finely chopped
- 1 piece Ginger 1 inch, chopped finely
- 2 nos Green chillis small, chopped finely
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Ingredients for making the masala (Ground it into a paste):
- 2 cups Coconut grated
- 6-7 nos Red chillies dried
- Tamarind – slightly bigger than marble
Instructions
- Clean the crabs thoroughly and, if they are large, cut them into two pieces.
- In a cooking vessel, combine the ground masala paste, chopped onions, ginger, and green chilies. Cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil.
- Add the crabs to the masala and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Once done, drizzle coconut oil over the curry and turn off the flame.
- Serve the delicious Crab Curry with steamed rice.
