Easy Homemade Chocolates Recipe

Indulge in the blissful world of homemade chocolates with this simple and delightful recipe. Using Morde Dark Chocolate Compound (or White Chocolate Compound), along with a hint of butter, you can create mouthwatering chocolates that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • Morde Dark Chocolate Compound/White Chocolate Compound as per requirement
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Microwave the Morde Dark Chocolate Compound or take a Kadai (pot) and add water. Place it on a medium gas flame. Once the water starts boiling, place another steel container on the Kadai with Morde Dark Chocolate and 1/2 tsp butter. Mix well and keep stirring until it melts.
  • Let the chocolate mixture cool down.
  • Pour the mixture into chocolate molds. You can add dry nuts or raisins to make it even more delicious.
  • Refrigerate the molds for 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve the homemade chocolates chilled.

Notes

Note: you get different shapes and size of chocolate mould in the market. Children would love to have at birthday parties.
Note: You can customize the recipe by adding different fillings or flavors to suit your taste preferences. Experiment with nuts, dried fruits, or other ingredients to create your own unique homemade chocolate creations.

Ingredients:
  • 200g chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • Assorted fillings (nuts, dried fruits, caramel, etc.)
Instructions:
  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Prepare your chosen fillings by chopping or crushing them into small pieces.
  3. Mix the fillings into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into chocolate molds or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Let it cool at room temperature for a few minutes, then refrigerate until firm.
  6. Once set, remove the chocolates from the molds or cut into desired shapes if using a baking dish.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
