Ingredients
- 200 gms Maida
- 130 gms Sugar
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
- 140 gms Ghee
- 30 gms Cashew crushed
- 1 no Egg
- Curds optional
- 4 pinch Baking Powder
Instructions
- Mix Sugar powder and Ghee well, add maida and baking powder to the mixture and mix well.
- Add Vanilla Essence to the egg and the same to the batter and make a smooth dough.
- Make small balls or roll on a Muslin Cloth and give the shape of a biscuit, and coat them with egg and cashews.
- Grease the tray and arrange the biscuits.
- Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 140 C.
- Bake the biscuits for 10-15 mins at 140 C.
