Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms Maida
  • 130 gms Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 140 gms Ghee
  • 30 gms Cashew crushed
  • 1 no Egg
  • Curds optional
  • 4 pinch Baking Powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix Sugar powder and Ghee well, add maida and baking powder to the mixture and mix well.
  • Add Vanilla Essence to the egg and the same to the batter and make a smooth dough.
  • Make small balls or roll on a Muslin Cloth and give the shape of a biscuit, and coat them with egg and cashews.
  • Grease the tray and arrange the biscuits.
  • Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 140 C.
  • Bake the biscuits for 10-15 mins at 140 C.
