Mix Sugar powder and Ghee well, add maida and baking powder to the mixture and mix well.
Add Vanilla Essence to the egg and the same to the batter and make a smooth dough.
Make small balls or roll on a Muslin Cloth and give the shape of a biscuit, and coat them with egg and cashews.
Grease the tray and arrange the biscuits.
Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 140 C.
Bake the biscuits for 10-15 mins at 140 C.
