Peanut Biscuits

Ingredients
- 200 gms Maida
- 140 gms Sugar
- 140 gms Ghee
- 1 no Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 160 gms Peanuts
- ½ tsp Salt
- 4 gms Baking Powder
Instructions
- Roast the peanuts and remove the skin once it’s cooled. Crush the peanuts.

- Take a bowl, to this add the egg and beat well till it is fluffy, now add the sugar powder, ghee and vanilla essence into it and mix till it is fluffy.
- Now add the sieved maida and baking powder to it and make a dough. The dough shouldn’t be too hard.
- Roll on a thick butter paper or any clean flat surface.
- Cut it into the required shape.
- Top them with crushed peanuts ( you can lightly press the peanut)
- Grease the tray with butter and dust with Maida.
- Arrange this on the tray.
- Preheat the oven at 150 C for 5 minutes. Bake the biscuits at 150 C for 15 minutes.
