Roast the peanuts and remove the skin once it’s cooled. Crush the peanuts.

Take a bowl, to this add the egg and beat well till it is fluffy, now add the sugar powder, ghee and vanilla essence into it and mix till it is fluffy.
Now add the sieved maida and baking powder to it and make a dough. The dough shouldn’t be too hard.
Roll on a thick butter paper or any clean flat surface.
Cut it into the required shape.
Top them with crushed peanuts ( you can lightly press the peanut)
Grease the tray with butter and dust with Maida.
Arrange this on the tray.
Preheat the oven at 150 C for 5 minutes. Bake the biscuits at 150 C for 15 minutes.
