Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Jaggery 
  • 1 cup Peanuts  dry roasted
  • 1 tsp Water or Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast the peanuts, let them cool, and remove the skin. Cut them into halves.
  • In a pan, add jaggery and water (or ghee). Keep stirring until the jaggery melts and comes to a boil.
  • To check if the jaggery is ready, drop a small amount into a bowl of water. It should form a hard ball when rolled between your fingers.
  • Add the roasted peanuts to the jaggery mixture and mix well.
  • Grease a tray with ghee and spread the peanuts-jaggery mix evenly.
  • Allow it to cool and then cut it into the desired shapes.

Notes

  • Make sure to use dry-roasted peanuts for this recipe.
  • You can adjust the amount of jaggery according to your preferred level of sweetness.
  • Work quickly once the jaggery is ready as it can harden fast.
