Potato Chopsticks

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gms Potato
  • 6 gms Pepper Powder
  • 1 or 2 nos Egg
  • 250 gms Maida
  • 200 gms Ghee
  • Vanilla Essence as required
  • Salt as required
  • Cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and mash them well.
  • Sieve the maida and add salt to it.
  • Take a bowl to this add the maida, salt and Ghee and mix well, now put in the mashed potatoes, pepper and mix well to form a dough. If you are a cheese lover then please do add cheese.
  • In another bowl, beat eggs and add vanilla essence to it if required.
  • Prepare potato sticks of 6 inches in length, and then dip the potato sticks into the egg mixture or apply the egg mixture onto the potato sticks.
  • Deep fry the potato sticks till golden brown.
  • Remove it on a serving a dish.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
