Potato Chopsticks

Ingredients
- 300 gms Potato
- 6 gms Pepper Powder
- 1 or 2 nos Egg
- 250 gms Maida
- 200 gms Ghee
- Vanilla Essence as required
- Salt as required
- Cheese optional
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and mash them well.
- Sieve the maida and add salt to it.
- Take a bowl to this add the maida, salt and Ghee and mix well, now put in the mashed potatoes, pepper and mix well to form a dough. If you are a cheese lover then please do add cheese.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and add vanilla essence to it if required.
- Prepare potato sticks of 6 inches in length, and then dip the potato sticks into the egg mixture or apply the egg mixture onto the potato sticks.
- Deep fry the potato sticks till golden brown.
- Remove it on a serving a dish.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
