Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and mash them well.
Sieve the maida and add salt to it.
Take a bowl to this add the maida, salt and Ghee and mix well, now put in the mashed potatoes, pepper and mix well to form a dough. If you are a cheese lover then please do add cheese.
In another bowl, beat eggs and add vanilla essence to it if required.
Prepare potato sticks of 6 inches in length, and then dip the potato sticks into the egg mixture or apply the egg mixture onto the potato sticks.
Deep fry the potato sticks till golden brown.
Remove it on a serving a dish.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
