Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • ½ kg Sabhudhana
  • Green Chilly's as required
  • Coriander Leaves a few
  • ¼ kg Groundnuts
  • ½ tsp Lime Juice
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the Sabhudana, and then soak it in water for an about ½ hour. 
  • Drain the water and keep aside for about 5 to 6 hours.
  • Boil the potatoes in a cooker, once cooled peel the skin and mash it properly.
  • In the mashed potatoes add crushed groundnuts, coriander leaves, lime juice, salt and mix well.
  • Make round balls and roll it in the sabudana’s and coat it well ( you can add little of soaked Sabhudana in the mashed potatoes mix)
  • Take a deep frying pan, add oil. once the oil is hot, drop the Sabhudana balls into the oil, and fry on a medium flame turning the vada, till the vada are cooked on all sides and turns to golden colour.
  • Deep fry it till Golden Brown.
  • Take it on a serving dish
  • Serve it with mint chutney/tomato ketchup.
