Sieve Maida and Baking powder
Mix Ghee and Sugar powder and make it fluffy.
Add the Maida, Baking Powder.
Beat the Egg and Vanilla Essence and add it to the Maida Mix and make a Dough. Keep aside for 15 mins.
Roll it on a Muslin Cloth and cut it in the required shape.
Grease the tray with butter and dust it with Maida.
Preheat the Oven at 150 C for 10 minutes
Arrange the biscuits on the tray and bake at 150 C for 10-15 minutes.
