- 100 gms Maida
- 60 gms Ghee
- 60 gms Sugar
- 2 pinch Cardamom Powder
Sieve the Maida
Take a bowl - add sugar powder and ghee and mix it well till it becomes fluffy.
To this add cardamom powder and ziphal and maida.
Mix well until it is well blended for 15 mins. cover it with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes
Dust some flour on rolling board and roll the dough with a rolling pin on a clean board or on a surface, cut with doughnut cutter to take the shape or you can use your palm to make small round balls and then flatten it using the other palm.
You can place pista pieces in the centre to look attractive.
Grease the tray with butter, sprinkle some Maida (Dust).
Preheat oven at 140 C for 10 mins.
Bake the Nankhatai at 140 C for 15-20 mins.
Note: If the dough looks dry you can add ghee in the mixture, you can add milk as per your requirement.
