Mixed Nankhatai

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gms Maida 
  • 25 gms Rawa
  • 25 gms Besan
  • 100 gms Sugar
  • 2 pinch Cardamon 
  • 50 gms Ghee
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Milk or Curd if required

Instructions
 

  • Sieve the Maida
  • In a bowl add sugar powder and ghee and mix it well till it becomes fluffy and add Cardamom powder. 
  • Combine Rawa, Maida, and Besan and mix well with sugar mixture. Blend well for 15 mins and keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Grease the tray with butter and dust the tray with Maida
  • Roll the dough with a rolling pin on a muslin cloth and cut it accordingly to the shape of your choice and bake.
  • Preheat oven at 120 C for 15 mins
  • Bake at 120 C for 20 mins.
