Coffee Biscuits

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gms Maida 
  • 60 gms Sugar 
  • 45 gms Ghee 
  • 1 no Egg
  • 2 gms Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 15 ml Milk 
  • 6 gms Coffee

Instructions
 

  • Sieve Maida and Baking powder
  • Mix Ghee and Sugar powder and make it fluffy.
  • Add the Maida, Baking Powder.
  • Beat the Egg and Vanilla Essence and add it to the Maida Mix and make a Dough. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  • Roll it on a Muslin Cloth and cut it in the required shape.
  • Grease the tray with butter and dust it with Maida.
  • Preheat the Oven at 150 C for 10 minutes
  • Arrange the biscuits on the tray and bake at 150 C for 10-15 minutes.
