Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Squid
  • 3 tbsp Racheado Masala
  • 2 nos Tomatoes medium, finely chopped
  • 2 nos Onions Large, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the squid, then cut into thin round circles.
  • In a pressure cooker, heat oil. Add chopped onions and fry until slightly pink.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Add salt and Racheado Masala, fry until a delightful aroma fills the air.
  • Add the squid, sauté briefly, then mix in the tomato sauce.
  • Pour in water and stir well.
  • Pressure cook on high. After the first whistle, reduce the flame to medium and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and let the cooker cool.
  • If there's too much gravy, simmer without the lid until it thickens.
  • Serve hot with Pao or Bread.
