Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms Basmati Rice (1 bowl) (cooked)
  • 1 medium Carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 10 nos Beans (thinly sliced)
  • 1 small Capsicum (thinly sliced)
  • 1 small Cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 1 no Spring Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt (as per taste)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a deep pan and add beans. Slightly stir-fry for a few seconds.
  • Add carrot and capsicum, stir-frying briefly.
  • Toss in cabbage, ensuring the veggies are crispy yet cooked.
  • Incorporate the cooked rice, stirring for a few minutes. Add spring onions and mix well.
  • Sprinkle pepper powder, soya sauce, and salt. Mix and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Serve the fragrant Veg Fried Rice hot, accompanied by your favorite sauce and vinegar.
