Ingredients
  

Ingredients for White Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Maida (All-Purpose Flour)
  • 100 gms Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Hot Water (as needed)

For Sautéing:

  • 3 large Mushrooms (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 large Onion (finely chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper Powder (to taste)
  • ½ tsp Soya Sauce

Instructions
 

  • To make the white sauce, melt butter in a pan, add Maida, and blend for about 2 minutes.
  • Gradually add milk little by little while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Slowly add hot water, stirring, until you achieve a balanced consistency.

For Sautéing:

  • In another pan, melt butter, add chopped garlic, and sauté until it turns light pink.
  • Now add chopped onions and sauté for another 2 minutes over medium flame.
  • Stir in the finely chopped mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Mix in the white sauce prepared earlier along with 2 cups of hot water on low flame.
  • Add salt, pepper powder, and soya sauce, mixing well. Bring the mixture to a boil, and your delicious homemade mushroom soup is ready to be enjoyed.
